Recent news reporting on weather changes all over the place, disasters happen badly everywhere. It is because due to global warming effect, ice berg is melting in artic sea.

Ice contributes 2% of the world’s water, but it is about 7 million trillion gallons. This is the quote from NASA feature article:

Earth scientists think ice is hot - a hot topic, that is. Two percent of the world’s water, about 7 million trillion gallons, exists as the solid, frozen form, second only to the amount in the oceans. NASA wants to know what’s happening to our planet’s ice, as even small changes in ice could mean big impacts on the water cycle and ultimately the global climate.

We are leaving in the one and only earth but sadly to say that most of the people don’t really appreciate this beauty of creation of GOD. Very soon those images you can see in the video below will not exist anymore. Our next generation will only can see this in pictures or videos.

There are many way we can get involve to save our earth. You can do it simply reduce the contribution towards carbon. Here’s what you do:

1. Reduce what you can - meet locally and walk and carpool whenever you can

2. Offset what you can’t - support carbon reducing projects, such as wind energy, energy efficiency and reforestation to eliminate the remaining emissions from your event. It’s simple and affordable.

Coffee: Growing coffee under the shade of tall trees instead of chopping down tropical forests will protect song birds. Drink only “shade grown coffee.”

Plastic Bags: Grocery stores are environmental battle grounds where check-out clerks routinely ask: Paper or plastic?? Use fewer bags.

Cell Phones: They pose their own environmental challenges. Their toxic chemical content requires us to use care in disposing of old ones.

Do something simple and small little action like this will save our Earth. Involve in Earth Day activities from today.

I wrote a blog post about going to attend the Secrets of Science of Getting Rich Seminar in town 2 weeks ago. It’s time to review what have I learn in this seminar. Overall, I am quite excited with the contents provided by Bob in this event. Being the fact, this is not like most of the seminar offer free entrance. I pay RM25 (US7) for the entrance, I expect to gain something from this seminar and I turned out to be a good one with certain level of knowledge gain and motivation I received.

In fact, this is not the first time I learn from Bob. I came across “his secrets” in 3 years ago, my friends Larry & Heidi taught me on this subject “What Will I Do If My Annual Income Suddenly Turn Into Monthly Income?” and last year, I watched the well known “Secrets” Movie.

Have you considered this for yourself? And how much do you think your time are supposedly worth? Most of the time as small business owner, we always fall in the trap of trying to do everything our own and refuse to outsource.

After reading the timeline story from Gobala, he reminded me again about these questions - “What is my time worth”? and why should I outsource some of the works instead of doing all myself.

I knew he can write well (He wrote some of the good book – ChapterM.com & Easy Wordpress System). However, he chooses to outsource the writing job to someone else in RentACoder since we can get a very good & cheap labor for writing (Read my post on first outsourcing job). I just amazed that, after sometimes his income level is increasing instead of dropping. Bear in mind, he has to pay for writing cost before he manages to make money from the new projects.

In fact, starting this month, I begin to study some of the materials that help me to manage my time well. One of the secrets in managing your time well is outsourcing on those work that you are not good at. In my example, writing. I learnt how to outsource writing for some of the articles for article marketing, I learnt how to get someone write for my sales letter, etc….

Writing is no longer an expensive job you can hire from someone. You should focus more on your strength instead of your weaknesses. It is not worth the time for you to learn and do everything yourself.

I use a calculator created by Peter above to re-discover my worth of time and certainly I got the inspiration not to waste time to do works that I am not happy to do myself. Go and get yourself one and calculate what is your time worth. You will find that your time can worth so much more and you will never try to spend your time unproductively. Start outsourcing today!
