I stumbled across the news about Microsoft new arena product: Microsoft Surface from TechCrunch & John Chow Blogs. It is simply mind blowing for me to see this futuristic technology that we once only seen in movie had finally realized. In the recent All Things Digital 5, Microsoft unveiled this new product which is featured to be released by end of 2007 (According to the commercial).Surface Computer is a multiple touch technology, which is multi-fingers and multi-users interface. You can use control by your finger touch on the computer screen.

A Surface computer is able to recognize physical objects from a paintbrush to a cell phone and allows hands-on, direct control of content such as photos, music and maps. Surface turns an ordinary tabletop into a dynamic surface that provides interaction with all forms of digital content through natural gestures, touch and physical objects.

We might able to see appear in home in future, but the immediate industry that can be benefited from this technology is hospitality related business such as restaurants, hotels, retail establishments and public entertainment venues.

Over the last 3-4 weeks, I have been putting all my effort (not 100% but at least 85% of my time!) to prepare the new video site.
